Terms & Conditions


  • Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved
  • The Tiny Ballet Company or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the session.
  • The Tiny Ballet Company reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
  • You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at - donna@thetinyballetcompany.co.uk
  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
  • We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances
  • If there are any sessions cancelled by us, The Tiny Ballet Company will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
  • Any monthly subscription payments that are declined, will be retried twice, on the 4th and 9th of the month. If payment is not collected by the 9th your bookings will be subject to immediate cancellation and your child will be removed from our programme.
